This site collects as little about you as we could manage
What we collect, and when
Nothing, until you use the contact form. No cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels, no fingerprinting. You can read every page of this site without leaving a trace we can see.
If you send the form, we receive what you typed: your name, your email address, and, if you added them, your project's website and a messenger handle. The delivery note also carries your network address and the country it came from, which helps us spot abuse.
What we do with it
We read it and we reply. That is the whole use.
Your details go nowhere else. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell or rent your information, and we do not hand it to anyone for marketing. The form says "we do not add you to a mailing list" and this page is that promise in writing.
Where it lives
Your message arrives in our email, carried by Resend, our delivery provider, processing in the EU, and stored in our Google Workspace inbox. Those two providers process it on our behalf and nothing more.
How long we keep it
For as long as the conversation is alive, and as ordinary email afterwards. If you want it gone, ask, and we delete the thread.
Your rights
Write to [email protected] and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the EU or UK, these are your legal rights; we extend the same courtesy to everyone else.
Who we are
Sync, the Web3 marketing and business development agency behind syncagency.io. Questions about this page: [email protected].
